Welcome to UFO Tracker. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UFO Tracker, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account Creation

You must create an account to submit sightings and interact with the community. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and descriptions you submit. By submitting content, you grant UFO Tracker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content within the app and for promotional purposes.

4. Community Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or intentionally fraudulent sighting reports
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload content containing nudity, hate speech, or illegal material
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the app for commercial spam or advertising without permission

We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate these guidelines.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

UFO Tracker is a community-driven platform. We do not verify or endorse the accuracy of sighting reports. Content is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

6. AI Analysis

Our AI-powered analysis tools provide best-effort identification of common objects (satellites, aircraft, drones, etc.) based on photo/video content. AI results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be the sole basis for any conclusions.

7. Intellectual Property

The UFO Tracker name, logo, and app design are property of AI4U LLC. You may not use these without written permission.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

UFO Tracker and AI4U LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Use at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
